Moves is our new sour ale range for this hot season 2022. As the second in this range we have brewed Pastry Sour Ale. This time with a fruity share of cherries and banana, mellowed with milk sugar. IBU 12
Pastry sour Ale fruity, EPM 11%, Alc. 4,3%, IBU 12
We usually brew this special once a year during the summer, or as the mood takes us.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.

My name is Martin Nauš and I am a brewer and owner. I brew beer without compromise, just the way it should be and the best I can. I learned most of what I know at the Albrecht brewery in Frýdlant, where I completed a retraining course in Brewing and Malting Work and Practice.
I brew beer with love and humility for this beautiful craft, in which there is always something to discover and learn. The world of beer is amazing and fascinating. Discovering new flavors and tuning recipes is a never-ending fun and hobby for me.
