We love dark beers, that's why we brew so many of them. This Imperial Stout was a challenge for us, we've never brewed such a strong beer in our brewery before, and it was a bit of a purgatory. The brewing started at 4 am and ended at midnight. The beer has coffee notes along with dark chocolate and a hint of hazelnuts.
Ingredients: water, modified hops, barley and wheat malt, hazelnuts, chocolate. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store below 8 ˚C.

My name is Martin Nauš and I am a brewer and owner. I brew beer without compromise, just the way it should be and the best I can. I learned most of what I know at the Albrecht brewery in Frýdlant, where I completed a retraining course in Brewing and Malting Work and Practice.
I brew beer with love and humility for this beautiful craft, in which there is always something to discover and learn. The world of beer is amazing and fascinating. Discovering new flavors and tuning recipes is a never-ending fun and hobby for me.
