A trio of hops, Tango, Ariana Nectar and Comet Nectar, all sourced from the Hallertau region of Bavaria and of top fresh quality. This is (at least by me) the anticipated India Pale Lager Hopfalaga from the brewery Antos.
It is decorated with high drinkability, spiciness, grapefruit, citrus, pomelo, gooseberries and a light whiff of tropical fruits. The finish belongs to the unadulterated dry bitterness, dominated by grapefruit zest. Medium full body, medium to higher carbonation and I'll just add that you just can't stop at one pint, even at two.
I have to say that German, Slovenian or other less "traditional" hop varieties should not be absent from modern interpretations of beer styles.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, modified Hallertau hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.

There lived a certain Václav Antoš, the burgomaster of Slaný, whose father brewed beer here as early as 1518, which is why the brewery bears their name – Pivovar Antoš! In 1578, Václav Antoš rebuilt the building at Vinařického 14 into a Renaissance style, and in 2010, the tradition of brewing Slaný beer was successfully revived at this location by Josef Paulík.
Today, Pivovar Antoš consists of two operations – one in the Renaissance building at Vinařického 14, which we have already mentioned, where the brewery restaurant Antošova krčma is also located, and the other modern one at Pražská třída 1847, where beer has been brewed since 2015. The quality of our beer is talked about everywhere and our bottles are appreciated among beer lovers.
