This beer is a hybrid between a lager and a West Coast IPA. It takes incredible drinkability from the lager. And assertive hopping, purity and aroma from the West Coast IPA. For cold hopping, we mainly used Mandarina Bavaria hops (which are increasingly popular in our country), supplemented with the Czech new breed Juno and the American classic Idaho 7. Cheers, this beer will really sizzle in your mouth!
Ingredients: water, barley malts, hops (Mandarina Bavaria, Juno, Idaho 7)
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.
