A light pale ale with a citrus aroma and a refreshing fruity taste. Golden color, clear beer with higher white foam. Bitterness higher, fullness medium, sharpness lower. Malt from Czech sorghum of the Ruzrok variety was used during brewing, which helps reduce the amount of gluten in beer. The amount of gliadin detected by analysis is below 10mg/l, thus we classify this beer as gluten-free and suitable for celiacs. Hopped with Mosaic hops.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, sorghum, modified hops. Gliadin < 10mg/l (gluten-free)

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to keep it in a cool place up to 8 °C.
