Akira is a Japanese rice lager, i.e. a lager with a proportion of rice flakes. The Czech Mimosa hop variety is used. The rice combined with deep fermentation has reduced the gluten content. It goes well with Asian cuisine.
Ingredients: Water, modified hops, barley malt, rice flakes,
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store at 8 ˚C.
