After a long time, someone has cooked up a British thing for us. It is the so-called SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) (that is, a beer brewed from only one malt and hopped with only one hop) IPA in the English style. The pleasant nutty taste of Maris Otter malt and citrus, floweriness and a certain spiciness presented by the British variant of Cascade hops, which was used in large quantities also for cold hopping.
Ingredients: Water, < strong>barley malts, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.
