This elegant and fresh beer style has a dry character, fine effervescence and light fruity notes. You could say that Beer Brut combines the qualities of beer and sparkling wine. It is also the perfect choice for celebrations or for moments when you want to taste something truly exceptional and special.

Biére Brut is a unique, noble top-fermented beer fermented in the bottle with champagne wine yeast. We were inspired by Belgian breweries that took their beers to famous wine houses in the Champagne region, where they inoculated them with wine yeast and let them ferment in bottles.

We teamed up with a sparkling wine specialist - Martin Prokeš from the PROQIN winery, and through mutual cooperation, a new batch of our Biere Brut is created every year. The beer we brew is fermented and aged, then bottled at the winery and the right amount of the right yeast is added. After fermentation, the same process takes place as in the production of sparkling wine - that is, shaking and shooting off the yeast.

Every vintage is different, we experiment a little each time, but each one is worth tasting. We currently have Biére Brut Vintage 2023 on sale.
