Ich bin ein Berliner is a pure sour without fruit, also called the "Champagne of the North" during the Napoleonic Wars. This beer style was very popular in the 19th century and you can still enjoy it today.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.
