Apollo Galaxy is originally based on GB Pale Ale. We tried to create a summer beer that combines the distinctive aroma of Zlatá Raketa and the drinkability of California, while maintaining the fullness and strength that is suitable for warm summer evenings. We used Galaxy hops, charged with Australian sun, which, together with Citra hops, gives a distinctive aroma of tropical fruit. American Apollo hops were used to give the beer its bitterness.
Ingredients: drinking water, barley malts, granulated hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store below 8 ˚C.
