This new product falls into the Gose category, so it is a sour beer to which we have added a lot of herbs - juniper, rosemary, thyme, mint, coriander and sea salt. Together, they create a fresh aroma, in which the combination of rosemary and thyme predominates, which is complemented by juniper and mint in taste. Overall, the beer is refreshing and light, and each sip invites you to the next. As for the name itself, there were many ideas, but none of the others put such a blissful smile on our faces as this one, which was helped by artificial intelligence.
