Saison with added salt and spices from Sicilian sumac. This Saison offers fresh citrus and spice aromas with a subtle earthiness from the Sumac, backed by sweet cereal notes. The taste is light and dry, with a zesty acidity, subtle lemon accents and an unobtrusive saltiness of Himalayan salt. A decent bitterness harmoniously complements the rustic character of the beer. The finish is refreshing and encourages further sipping.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, oat flakes, granulated hops, Sumac spices, Himalayan salt. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.
