Malina & Badyán Gose is a flavored, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized Fruit Gose beer. With an alcohol content of 4.9%, this beer is very drinkable. Thanks to lactic fermentation, it has a refreshing, slightly sour taste, which, combined with raspberry puree, star anise and coriander, refreshes and warms at the same time.
Wheat and Pilsner malt are perfectly complemented by German Hallertau Blanc hops, which give the beer complex fruity notes, especially citrus, elderberry, passion fruit and pineapple, ensuring a real beer experience.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, lactic acid, granulated hops, Himalayan salt, whole cinnamon, organic coriander, star anise, raspberry puree
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store below 8 ˚C.
