A modern interpretation of the West Coast IPA, using White Labs California Ale yeast. Strata hops bring intense notes of strawberry, passion fruit and pink grapefruit, while the new Audacia variety adds notes of ripe berries, citrus and tropical fruit. The beer has a light, dry body, light color, fresh bitterness, extreme drinkability and a dank hop profile.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store below 8 ˚C.
