Herbs with fruit and salt best characterize our new line of Goseteria beers. Introducing gose with gooseberry, lemon, thyme and a pinch of salt. The pronounced fruity acidity of gooseberry and lemon is combined with the herbal, earthy, peppery and slightly citrus line of thyme. A pinch of salt accentuates the flavors and creates a harmony between acidity, sweetness and herbal notes.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, salt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.
