For this NEIPA we used a hybrid yeast that combines the pure fermentation of bottom-fermentation with the power of top-fermentation. Look forward to a hop-forward beer without esters, in which Talus and HBC 1019 hops play a leading role with notes of pink grapefruit, mandarin and coconut in combination with a multi-grain malt base. An experiment that we think was extremely successful.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oatmeal, modified hops
Store in a cool and dark place. Serve chilled.
