The Bruce is a hop blend of Nelson Sauvin + Motueka + Rakau varieties from the Freestyle Hops grower workshop. It is designed to highlight the unique terroir of the Sunrise Valley region of New Zealand. Exotic citrus, mango and apricot are most noticeable in the taste. Fermented with LalBrew Pomona hybrid yeast for juicy & haze profile and biotransformation support.
Composition: Water, barley and wheat malts, oatmeal, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.
