Product detailed description
A combination of traditional Belgian witbier with a cold hopped Kohia Nelson blend. We also added orange and lemon peel and coriander seeds to the beer. Fermented with our blend of LalBrew Pomona and Bry-97 yeasts. The color is light and slightly cloudy due to the high proportion of wheat. The taste and aroma are reminiscent of a freshly blooming spring meadow.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oatmeal, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, modified hops.
Store in a cool and dark place. Serve chilled.
