Cascara is the processed and dried skin of the coffee cherry. It contains many vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system and help prevent depression. We added cascara macerate together with coffee to our sour starter. We have thus created this non-traditional refreshing coffee sour beer.
Ingredients: Water, water, barley and wheat malts, cascara, coffee, hops from our own hop house , granulated hops.. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to keep it in a cool place up to 8 °C.
