We operate an e-shop on the www.beerpeak.cz website
We process some personal data to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")
I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: Name and surname, E-mail
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
On what legal grounds?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address, email and phone.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to meet our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and others).
On what legal grounds do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and thereafter 2 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a shopping customer and you did not forbid us to do so at the time of purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletter.
On what legal grounds?
This is allowed by Art. 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you forbade us to do so when making your purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time by e-mail or contact us by e-mail: pivoteka@beerpeak.cz
II. Who can access the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:
- operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
- marketing agency ATWEB Consulting, s.r.o., with its registered office at Ostrovní 7, 110 00, Prague 1, ID 26160439, the company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 75655
We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else you should know
We do not have a data protection officer appointed in our company.
In our company, decisions are not made on the basis of automated processing or profiling.

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data from us and to have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, to request the deletion of personal data in certain situations and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Processing based on legitimate interest may be objected to.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or take your claims to court.
