A new variation on our regular spring Hazy Pale Ale brewed for our good friends at Black Dog Bar in Beroun. We used HBC 1019 and Idaho 7 hops to create a distinctly dry and fresh citrus ale with an intense coconut aroma that transitions into sharp grapefruit and soft melon on the palate. The beer has a slightly cloudy appearance due to the large amount of oatmeal in the pour and is characterized by a dense taste, but otherwise light and refreshing body.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.
