Our gose is a light twelve with more than a pinch of salt, in short, an ideally keg-able, captivating beer. To make it more interesting, we added a little coriander, rosemary and dried orange peel to the whirlpool and blood oranges to the fermentation. The final product offers an interesting combination of refreshing acidity with an unusual salty line and citrus bitterness. No, this is not a sour beer with fruit. The orange is more of a team player here, allowing you to create a complex drink that is more than the sum of its individual parts.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Then store in a cool place up to 8 ° C. Cloudiness and sediment are not a problem.
