A light, dry-fermented West Coast IPA, hopped primarily with the unusual Audacia variety, which is characterized by the aroma of blueberries, cranberries, roses and lavender. We complemented it with the obligatory and immortal Simcoe, which brings tons of other fruit and resin. Of course! To complete the forest aroma, we added juniper to the beer, whose resinous and spicy aroma shifts the beer towards the aromatic characteristics of gins, or, if you prefer, pines.
