Hop Stop was the second beer we ever brewed - back as a BeerLab flying brewery - back in January 2015. It was a classic session IPA with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops, and now we're bringing it back from the grave. We've subtly updated it, but it's still the same beer as it was years ago, so it'll take you back to the days when hoppy beers were really bitter, but also malty, piney and resinous, and the fruit offered just a nice touch. At 5% Alk. it is drunk like water, only a little better.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, processed hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.
