Spelt flakes, which we used in huge quantities in the pouring of this Double NEIPA, give the beer its fullness, and a romantic would say even a slight feeling of nuttiness and biscuitiness. Hopped only with Australian varieties Eclipse (citrus), Enigma (red fruit) and Galaxy Spectrum (tropical fruit). No slouch, but a proper full IPA with a distinct specific aroma of Australian hops.
