American cooperation. Collaboration with Human Robot Brewery, masters of lagers from Philadelphia. Our dry hopped Kölsch is cold hopped with Nelson Sauvin (Bliss) and Eclipse varieties, plus we added a big dose of Amarillo directly to the wort during hot pumping into the fermenter. The result is a light, crisp and citrusy drinking experience that has allowed us to try new and exciting hopping techniques and further develop and refine our dry hopped lagers.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat flakes, hops, yeast.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.
