The active Hawaiian volcano Mauna Loa was our inspiration for another beer from the World Volcanoes series. In contrast to the sweeter, less fermented New England IPAs, this time we made a Hazy West Coast IPA. At first glance, you might think it's a classic NEIPA, because under the white foam is a significantly cloudy light yellow beer. However, the taste has retained all the characteristics of West Coast IPA, i.e. the typical taste, drier body and higher bitterness. Mauna Loa is cloudy thanks to the work with hops (Motueka, Amarillo and Pacific Sunrise), we added only barley malt to the pouring (no wheat, no flakes).

Ingredients: Water, barley malts, modified hops. Contains gluten.

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Cloudiness and sediment are not a defect.
