Double West Coast IPA, 17° Plato, 8.5% ABV. A massive snow-capped Antarctic volcano with a height of almost 3800 m inspired us to brew a stronger winter IPA. We used a varied combination of hops: Amarillo and Columbus for the boil, Strata and Mosaic for the whirlpool and both plus Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe for the dry hop. The pronounced fruity hop aroma will delight in every sip and the stronger base will pleasantly warm you even in winter.
Ingredients: Water, barley malts, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.

Jsme pivovar Sibeeria z pražských Vysočan. Naši cestu jsme začali již v roce 2014 jako létající pivovar. Rozrostli jsme se do dnešní podoby vlastního pivovaru, který byl vybudován v historické průmyslové
