Sometimes we feel that there is a rather absurd opinion that weak dark beers are worthless, and perhaps they should not be brewed at all. As a protest, we brewed this Irish dry stout. We used English Maris Otter malt and unmalted and roasted barley together with the Fuggles hop variety. Even a dark beer can successfully quench your thirst, and it is a very tasty experience.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, barley flakes, roasted barley, modified hops
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Then store in a cool place up to 8 °C.
