If it is not your noble aspiration to enter the new year without alcohol in your blood, we offer you an alternative solution in the form of a New Year's NEIPA, the ambition of which is to be aromatically as crystal clear as you can wish for a fresh start to something new. For this purpose, we used the new Elani hops in combination with Vista, which bring notes of tropical fruits (etc.) in an unusually clear form. We achieved a light but not empty body and a cloudy visual primarily by using a bunch of unmalted wheat. Enter 2025 with at least as clean a slate as this NEIPA!
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malts, rolled oats, modified hops . Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.
