Polish cooperation. Baltic Porter, which combines the fullness of a strong dark beer and relative drinkability. We used a complex malt base of several light, caramel and roasted malts, thanks to which we achieved a robust taste of dark fruit, chocolate and a slight roastiness. Long maturation on Palo Santo wood gave the beer not only a sweet coconut aroma and a hint of fruit, but also brings depth and calmness so valuable when enjoying an unusual beer.
