A very specific and unconventional sour, where fruitiness and a strong herbal aroma are interconnected. The beer contains a third of wheat malt, which is why it has a soft, creamy body that complements dark forest fruits. The aroma combines peppermint and blackcurrant, which also dominates the taste with its light acidity.
Ingredients: Water, barley, rye and wheat malts, oatmeal, fruit, mint, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store at 8 ˚C.
