One lives not only on lactose… Sour Joy, as the name suggests, will be dedicated to various sour beers. The second beer in the series is the popular gose with exotic fruits. This time we added pineapple and calamansi to the sour gose for sweetness.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, wheat malts, concentrated juice, hop products, coriander, salt.
