A classic beer style based on a new hybrid strain of Saccharomyces pastorianus yeast, which was created to produce clean lagers with distinctive flavor characteristics, the flavor profile is very clean with mild esters. The enzyme β-glucosidase is present, which supports the biotransformation of hops and can enhance the aroma and taste of hops. The hopping itself is based on a mixture of experimental hop varieties in the final stages of selection. A unique, precisely defined mixture of new hybrids, where the composition includes varieties that are in brewing trials and will enter the registration process.
