Volt Anténa Angrešt 17 0,75l
Product detailed description
Introducing Antena, our latest sour with EPM 17, where we used white gooseberry. What makes this beer special is its fermentation process, which uses Philly Sour yeast. This innovative yeast is different because it doesn't need traditional lactic acid bacteria, such as lactobacilli, to achieve the desired sourness. However, they do produce lactic acid in the first stage of fermentation, which gives the beer its characteristic sourness. Antenna is characterised by its high acidity and clean flavour profile, which will be a delight for any sour beer lover. Moreover, this beer was produced in collaboration with the Malt Worm brewery in Brno and its owner Lukáš Provazník.
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malts, modified hops, white gooseberries. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.
