After the very successful Gose Ohmmm 12, this is our second Gose, or fruit sour ale with a high proportion of wheat malt, where the acidity is created naturally with the help of lactobacilli. Elektra is originally a special batch that was brewed only at the Tap Takeover of the Volt brewery for the Malt Worm pub in Brno. But what can you do when everyone liked it so much. This Sour Ale in the modern version of Gose is flavored with coriander, salt and a heap of sour cherry puree. The hop bitterness is practically imperceptible here, the beer has good drinkability with fruity tones and its acidity is tempered by a light salty line. For a fifteen-degree beer, it drinks dangerously well.
