Our Berliner Weisse, or sour beer, as it already suggests, will be very sour. The acidity was created by the so-called lactobacilli, which created the proper acidity of the beer and we then boiled them down so that they wouldn't cause any more mischief. In addition to the acidity, you will then smell various distinct fruits, which are added to the beer in very large quantities. In this case, we used raspberries.
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malts, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.
