In Belgium, strong Belgian ales called Bière de Nöel are traditionally brewed for Christmas. These are basically strong, dark and dry quadrupels with a nice addition of Christmas spices. This year, we also reached into this tradition and bring you our own interpretation.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
