Beer can't get much more tomatoey than this! We took a strong version of the German Gose beer style, which is characterized by a pleasant acidity and saltiness, and added 1500 kilograms of Italian passata to 3000 liters of beer. We seasoned it with basil and you will be treated to a proper Italy.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
