This is our interpretation of a completely classic Bavarian wheat, in which you can expect a very intense banana flavor with a touch of clove. We took the original slightly semi-dark wheats that we know from small Bavarian breweries as a model.
When someone in the Czech Republic orders a "Wheat", it's as if they have a precise idea of what exactly they want in a glass. But wheat beer has many forms, and we're not just talking about national styles. For example, German wheats have branched out a bit in history. When you say German Weissbier today, you imagine a yellow, cloudy, fresh taste with a hint of bananas and light cloves. But wheat beers weren't always so light. Now we present to you an honest Bavarian hefeweizen, in which the well-known banana-clove profile is combined with a slightly darker malt base than you might be used to.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, hop products
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
