The next addition to our “Like a” series brings you the fresh and refreshing taste of Strawberry Daiquiri. We have imitated this white rum-based cocktail by adding strawberries, lemon, lime and vanilla. Look forward to a truly unique taste.
In our “Like a” series, we freely draw inspiration from cocktails and interpret their taste for you without the use of hard alcohol, in a good old-fashioned way from grains. The Sour Ale beer style serves as our basis.
Strawberry Daiquiri is a lesser-known cocktail, which gave us more freedom for interpretation. We replaced the taste of white rum with the addition of vanilla and strawberries, lemons and limes then ensure a fresh drinkability and repeatability of the experience.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, strawberries, sugar, lime, hop products, vanilla beans.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store it in a cool place below 8°C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
