To get you in the holiday spirit, we have prepared a sour beer and cold version of our favorite mulled wine for you in the fall. Or something similar. Instead of grapes, we used Kalamansi citrus and Aronia berries. In addition to the fruit, you will find a decent dose of Christmas spices.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, aronia, calamansi, spices, hop products. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
