Winter Affair collaborations bring unique beer experiences, and this beer is truly wild! In collaboration with the Basque brewery Meta Edabeak, which specializes in wild fermentation and very authentic interpretations of farmhouse ales, we created Fake Gose, which crosses the boundaries of the beer world with its unconventionality.
This beer builds on the contrast of a slightly sour and salty taste, enriched by notes of juniper, roasted lime puree with sexy camphor leaves and a touch of bananas supplied by weizen yeast. Everything is balanced so that the beer feels fresh, unconventional and at the same time irresistibly drinkable.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, limes, juniper, kaffir leaves, salt, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place below 8°C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
