The well-deserved veteran of our basic line Mosaic Ale is an ode to the Mosaic hop of the same name. It is literally the darling of the entire beer world for its pleasant citrus aroma and taste. Light maltiness complements the refined character of this American Pale Ale.
Ingredients: Water, barley malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
