Collaboration with NOZIB brewery. To obtain a really strong hop expression, we reached for a blend of Mega Terps hops supplemented with Nectaron and Motueku. These hops offer a really great aromatic potential and will manifest themselves in the taste of grapes, fresh citrus and ripe tropical fruit. In the beer, we also used a blend of Verdant and Pomona yeasts, which have a high biotransformation ability, i.e. the ability to convert aromatic substances in hops and thus bring a more complex and intense hop expression. The beer is also designed to be very fermented with a dry expression, so that the character of the hops really shines through.
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malts, oatmeal, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
