Winter Affair is not only a celebration of exceptional beer experiences, but also a celebration of collaboration and creativity. One of the breweries we joined forces with this year is the Estonian Põhjala, a legend in the world of strong dark beers, and together we created an Imperial Baltic Porter that pays tribute to history and innovation. Baltic Porter is a historical style from the Baltics, the homeland of the Põhjala brewery. It is a very heavy beer that is fermented with bottom (lager) yeast and then aged for a long time. The taste of chocolate from roasted malts and notes of dried fruit that come from caramel malts are complemented by traditional Czech plum jams and a little smoked malt. The result is a heavy, complex and harmonious beer with notes of chocolate, dried fruit, a plum accent and a subtle smoky touch that goes perfectly with the taste of the jams.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, hop products (Magnum, Agnus). Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store below 8 ˚C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
