We experimented with this new New England IPA. We combined American Citra hops with two New Zealand hops - Nelson Sauvin and Motueka and fermented the beer with the new Pomona yeast in the presence of Phantasm grape skin powder. This leads to a high biotransformation and an extremely fragrant taste.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, modified hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. It is best to store in a cool place up to 8 °C. Turbidity and sediment are not a problem.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
