Our ever-expanding series of fruit sours welcomes a new addition. This time, we have combined less commonly used fruits and bring you a sour combination of sour cherries and chokeberry. Sour cherries multiply the acidity and juiciness, while chokeberry provides a pleasant bitterness and tannin. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, chokeberry, sour cherries, hop products
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
