Collaboration batch with the brewery Zhůřak, brewed for the Brewstock beer and culture festival, which takes place annually in Pilsen. Remind yourself of the taste of the festival with this hoppy juice. The beer is a Double Dry Hopped New England Kölsch style with a wonderfully smooth texture. The taste is very fruity, herbal, malty and sweet. DDH NE Kölsch has medium body, slightly higher body, bitterness is light, and the finish is long. 500 ml, alcohol 6,5 % vol.
Ingredients: water, barley and wheat malts, oat flakes, processed hops. Contains gluten.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Best stored in a cool place up to 8 °C.

Zichovec je ten pivovar který všichni znají. Vznikl v roce 2012 ve stejnojmenné vesnici nacházející se nedaleko města Slaný.
Postupem času s tím, jak se rozrůstal výstav, pivní nabídka i počet spolupracovníků, začal být původní pivovar na Zichovci malý výroba byla v roce 2016 přesunuta do zrekonstruované budovy bývalé tankové střelnice v Lounech.
Dnes uvaří v pivovaru Zichovec kolem 120 druhů piv ročně.
